You are patient and sympathetic. You do not make me feel guilty about what I don’t know nor do you make me feel stupid. I could ask the same question four or five times in different sessions and that is fine. I very much appreciate your capacity to figure out how I learned and what I understood, all the way to the rudimentary things and how they work. You understand that I didn’t know enough to understand the chain. Not everyone can do that. I’m picky, I want to learn how, not just done for me.
In my job, I always had an assistant and a tech person in my job, so I skated through. Then I retired and I didn’t bring those people with me. It was a temptation to say “I’m just not going to be able to do this,” because I’m older. But with time I began to be curious and I had questions. Now I’m ready to figure this out.
I can do some substantial work for a series with you. Then I’ll settle in again, work with what I learned and then come back later. With focus I can really get it.
I’m always recommending you and I will continue to. I too will come back for another set of sessions. It’s a little like going to the dentist, but I’ll keep going.
Thank Heavens

You are so patient with those of us who are as inept as we are. Not like the people who want to explain something and they go so fast – run through it that I don’t learn anything. We’re really not computer literate in any way at all. With you, it’s okay for me to say “I didn’t get that” and you will go over it again. You are deliberate and patient. It’s what I expected because I knew you already and knew you were a nice person. I figured you would take your time and not get impatient with me. Any questions I had were answered, and I know I can come back and ask for more explantations. It’s much easier for me now to navigate my iPad. I now understand “the cloud.” You are a technical whiz. The dogs love you too. Thank heavens for your work!
